William Novotny is Certified by the Appraiser Qualification Board of the Appraisal Foundation as an "AQB Certified USPAP instructor. He was the first "personal property" appraiser in the USA to achieve this important certification. He has taught USPAP courses yearly since 1998 for several organizations, including the Appraisers National Association (ANA), ASA regional Chapters, the International Society of Appraisers, (ISA), and the College For Appraisers. taking USPAP for the first
time will take the 15 hour class and exam. ANA accepts USPAP renewals in any of two ways after you have past the exam once: Attend the 15 hour lecture without taking the exam every

years, or Attend
the 7 hour update without taking the exam every 2 years. You should note that
USPAP is a STANDARDS PROGRAM and can be given by real estate as well as
personal property providers. However,
these courses contain a great deal of real estate standards, but DO meet
